Job Overview
We seek a dynamic, results-driven Education Consultant to aggressively promote the OSSD program to students, parents, and high schools across Nigeria. You will be the face of Ascot Imperial, leveraging your marketing prowess, knowledge of international education, and persuasive communication skills to drive enrollments. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Student & School Recruitment:
- Actively prospect and onboard students and high schools for the OSSD program.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and one-on-one meetings to showcase Ascot’s value proposition.
✔ Product Expertise & Sales:
- Master all aspects of the OSSD program and other Ascot services.
- Confidently compare OSSD to other international programs (e.g., GMAT, A-levels) to highlight advantages.
✔ Relationship Building:
- Build trust with students, parents, and school administrators through professionalism and friendliness.
- Provide tailored guidance to help clients choose the best academic pathways.
✔ Marketing & Outreach:
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies (social media, school visits, education fairs).
- Distribute promotional materials and follow up on leads diligently.
✔ Administrative Support:
- Assist students/institutions with online enrollment via Ascot’s portal (basic computer skills required).
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions.
✔ Travel & Representation:
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients nationwide.
- Represent Ascot Imperial with integrity and expertise at all times.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years in student recruitment, educational sales, or consultancy (OSSD knowledge a plus).
Skills & Traits:
- Exceptional marketing and negotiation skills – a closer who thrives on commissions!
- Deep familiarity with international programs (OSSD, IELTS, SAT, Cambridge, etc.).
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with portals, Excel, CRM tools).
- Charismatic, persuasive, and culturally aware – able to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Logistics:
- Must own a laptop and smartphone for remote work.
- Ready to travel at short notice and work flexible hours.
